2008 brought a lot of changes, some good, some bad and some just down right crazy.
I said that I was ready for a change in life and that is just what I got. The company I had worked for for the past 6 plus years was hit hard with a down size and I was laid off. What I had not prepared myself for was the change that I wanted. I guess I thought that all I had to do was move in a different direction. What an eye opener for someone who took things for granted. I vow this year to move forward with my eyes wide open in search for those things that will make my life happier. I now know that money is not everything. But it sure does make things simpler.
